The best time table for every student


 Coming to time table, everyone prepares their timetable and decides to strictly follow that. But very few can do like that. Not everyone can follow their time table particularly some kind of people can't even make their time table because of no idea about the timings that they do. That's one of the reason for your low grades and no attention at things. Everyone should maintain particular time for some particular things. By following that timings regularly, that's the yoga. By practice you can control your brain.

Timetable is not only for studies, everything that we do in our daily life comes under our timings.

Some people are there, then don't have any time table. But they don't miss any work and finishes their work at correct time without delay. Some people got up morning daily at exactly same time without alarm. Some people manage their work even in busy times without any reminders. 

This is all because of practice of time table.

So coming to children, they should have certain time to sleep. Children under 8 years should have 8 hours sleep daily. For the correct functioning of their daily routine its mandatory for them. Their brain is too busy with games and other active actions so they should maintain their sleep properly. They are kids so they can grasp anything and they can learn by seeing and by doing.

But the timetable is more important for adults to learn discipline. Time table is nothing but maintaining timings. For a student of primary education, 

Its better wake up at 5:00AM to gain concentration.

They should have even half an hour for their study. It will improve their brain power. Then after they will have their routine works as brushing, bathing, breakfast, doing homework, getting ready for school, etc., 

After coming from school, they should have their games time. It must be an hour, until 7 we don't have to disturb them. Keep them play with some snacks and milk.

The very reliable timetable for every student.

5:00 wake up 

6:00-8:00 study time

8:00-9:00 getting ready for school.

9:00-5:00 school time.

5:00-6:00 its play time.

6:00-8:00 time for study.

8:00-9:00 better to eat and watching TV or some entertainment.

9:00-10:00 again study time.


Why the time table like this is there should be break for a student mind for every two hours of study.
