Don't you know the consequences of skipping breakfast? 

Due to many reasons, so many people are neglecting their breakfast. Generally everyone thinks, skipping breakfast can't harm but it makes us so unhealthy. Minor issues cause large effects, by skipping the breakfast our brain cant work properly, of course in this busy scheduled life its tough to prepare food. but we have many items in market. So that we can buy the food and eat. But following this process daily, our functions may stop working after some years. 
By skipping breakfast continuously several days, can make you to gain more weight and it can make you to be hunger all the day which can lead you to take extra snacking.  and it is also found that averagely all the patients at higher risk of type 2 diabetes are these breakfast skippers, the higher risk of the obesity is due to low resistance of insulin and regulations of hormones. it increases hypertension and causes for heart attack. 

breakfast is the leading time to gain of nutrients and proteins to our body. including fibres, iron and all important vitamins. skipping this breakfast can make you lose adequate amounts of all these. resulting you to long term diseases. even you are not hungry at all, wait for some more or eat something in less quantity to wake up your stomach. and it will help you in free constipation.
 
according to the experts, it is observed that those who skip their breakfast cant control their moods like hungry and angry at same time. that will effect not only on you but on your surroundings also. proper diet means healthy body. neglecting breakfast can effect blood sugar levels drop down. 

it is already proven that breakfast can also burn some amount of calories. when it was the first time eating something after a long sleep, it wakes your matabolism. and it doesnt mean that you burn calories at every time you eat. 

skipping breakfast means no food for your stomach for averagely 10-12 hours. in remaining 12 hours atleast it take 3-4 servings. means it will get imbalance and get damage with irregular timings.
