Aadhar is the unique identity of a person. In case of any update, the unique number is not changed. There is chance to change address, photo, date of birth, biometrics. 

To update aadhar in offline mode, reach nearest post office for better service.

How To Update Aadhar And Its Details


In this form, 

  1. At column 1, pre-enrolment ID means those who are applying aadhar for first time, have their pre aadhar to use instead of original card.
  2. At column 2, UID means It should be filled when there is a case of updating aadhar. There it be filled with unique number of applicants aadhar have. It should contain 12 digits number. 
  3. At column 3, FULL NAME It should filled with the applicants name and it should be written in upper case only. No initials should used here. Complete details should be written for the correct verification.
  4. At column 4, gender It has to be mention the gender. Either male or female and in case of transgender also.
  5. At column 5, age It gas to be filled with your current age or date if birth should be mentioned there. It has to be filled that, is your DOB declared or verified In case updating aadhar, use verified option.
  6. At column 6, address 
    1. C/o () it has to be filled with the name of father if the applicant is under their parents. If in the case of father absence, mother name should mention there. Or else the name of the person who cares the applicant, can be mentioned there.
    2. House number or bldg or apt - means it should mentioned house number or the code of the specific house where the applicant is living.
    3. Street/ Road/Lane - Here should be mentioned in which the applicant belongs to which street.
    4. landmark - landmark means it is a place which is used to identify a area with a specific identity, it can be everything. parks, statues, houses, government offices, function halls, temples.
    5. Area/locality/sector - it is the place which the applicant belongs to. its the locality of the area where the applicant living.
    6. village/town/city - it has to be mentioned with the name of the village/town/city of the applicant. where it is the native of applicant. 
    7. post office - it should be filled with the name of the village of the post office where the applicant applying.
    8. district- district of the applicant should be mentioned here.
    9. sub- district -  no need of particular but it means Mandal of the village applicant belongs to.
    10. state - state of the applicant mentioned here.
    11. e-mail - if user is having E-mail ID, can mention here.
    12. mobile number- 10 digit mobile should be mentioned here for the identity attatchment.
    13. pincode - 6 digit code of the village of the applicant.
  7. details of father() mother() guardian() husband() wife() - If the applicant is minor(under 18 years) submitting of these details are mandatory..  
  8. for document based write names of the documents which you are submitting as proofs.
  9. for introducer based or for head of family based
